The company has 1420 m2 of assembly areas. There are performed the following assemblies.
Assembly of lamps
At this workshop there are performed the following operations: thread cutting, riveting of metal-sheet components of lamps and assembly operations.
Assembly of electrical distribution boxes
There are two independent assembly lines where two model ranges of electrical distribution boxes are assembled.
Assembly of electric oil radiators
The assembly of radiators is divided into four workstations:
- workstation for assembly and filling of heating elements
- workstation for functional testing
- workstation for control units assembly and electrical parameters testing
- workstation of final assembly and packaging of products
Assembly of steel metal furniture
Finalisation and assembly of steel metal furniture consists of riveting and screwing of painted parts into final products.
